We are confident in the value we deliver and committed to being fair. This policy covers all products and services offered by The Fertility Educator.

What This Policy Covers

The Fertility Educator offers the following products and services. Each has its own refund terms set out clearly below.

Assessment & Protocol

$400 USD · One-time

Comprehensive fertility & hormonal health assessment + personalised 30-day protocol + 2 coaching sessions.

Monthly Reset

$350 USD · Per month

Ongoing monthly protocol updates + 2 coaching sessions + WhatsApp support. Cancel after Month 3.

Full Reset Bundle

$400 + $275 × 3 months

Assessment month + 3 months of reset at $275/month. Total $1,225. Saves $225 vs monthly.

📋 Assessment & Protocol — $400

Full refund: Available if requested before you receive your assessment access code and intake link. Once your access code has been sent, the assessment fee is non-refundable as the service has been initiated.

How to request: Email info@thefertilityeducator.com with the subject line "Assessment Refund Request" before your access code is issued.

  • Before access code issued: Full $400 refund — no questions asked
  • After access code issued: Non-refundable — service has commenced
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days to original payment method

🔄 Monthly Reset — $350/month

Full refund: Available within 7 days of your first monthly payment, provided your first coaching session has not yet taken place.

After first session: The monthly fee covers that month's protocol and sessions. Once a session has been delivered, that month's payment is non-refundable. Future months can be cancelled any time — you are not locked in beyond Month 3.

  • Before first session of that month: Full monthly fee refunded
  • After first session of that month: That month non-refundable; future months can be cancelled
  • Cancellation: Give 48 hours notice before your next scheduled session
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

🌿 Full Reset Bundle — $400 + $275 × 3

Assessment month ($400): Full refund before access code is issued. Non-refundable once access code is sent.

Bundle months ($275/month × 3): Each monthly payment covers that month's protocol and coaching sessions. Once a session has been delivered in a given month, that month's payment is non-refundable.

  • Month 1 (Assessment): Refundable before access code is issued
  • Months 2–4: Refundable before first session of that month; non-refundable after
  • Opt-out: You may exit the programme after Month 3 — no charge for Month 4
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

💬 Standalone Sessions & Add-Ons

This covers individual coaching sessions ($100), monthly protocol only ($75), and second opinion/counselling calls ($75).

  • Cancellation with 48+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule — your choice
  • Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice: Non-refundable; rescheduling at Busola's discretion
  • No-show: Non-refundable
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

⚗️ HTMA Test — Not Covered by This Policy

HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) testing costs are paid directly to the laboratory by the client. The Fertility Educator does not collect or hold HTMA fees and therefore cannot issue refunds for lab costs.

For HTMA refund queries, contact the laboratory directly. Typical lab costs: AU$230 (Australia) · US$150 (USA) · Other countries: lab will quote.

Eligibility

When Refunds Apply

We want to be transparent about what is and isn't covered so there are no surprises.

✓  You are entitled to a refund if:

  • You request before your access code is issued (for the Comprehensive Assessment)
  • You request before your first session of that month (Monthly/Bundle)
  • You cancel a standalone session with 48+ hours notice
  • Persistent technical issues prevent you from accessing your session, unresolved within 48 hours
  • A genuine medical emergency prevents programme participation (documentation required)
  • Busola is unavailable and no suitable arrangement can be made
  • The promised service was not delivered as described

✗  Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Your access code has already been issued (Assessment)
  • Your coaching session for that month has already taken place
  • You choose not to follow the recommended protocol or lifestyle changes
  • You disagree with dietary or supplement recommendations (personal preference)
  • You choose not to pursue recommended lab testing
  • You cancel a standalone session with less than 48 hours notice or no-show
  • You request a refund based solely on not achieving specific health outcomes (results vary by individual)
  • You have accessed and downloaded digital materials provided
  • You violate our terms of service or engage in abusive behaviour toward staff
Special Circumstances

Exceptions & Considerations

🏥 Medical Emergency

If a genuine medical emergency prevents participation, the refund window may be extended at Busola's discretion. Medical certification from your healthcare provider is required. Prorated refunds may be available for partial completion.

💻 Technical Issues

If persistent technical problems prevent session access, we will work for up to 48 hours to resolve the issue. Phone consultations or rescheduling will be offered. A full refund is available if the issue cannot be resolved.

👩‍⚕️ Practitioner Unavailability

In the event of practitioner illness or emergency, sessions will be rescheduled at your convenience. A full refund is available if suitable arrangements cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe.

Process

How to Request a Refund

Before submitting a formal refund request, we encourage you to reach out directly. Many concerns can be resolved through a quick conversation — protocol adjustments, session clarification, or additional support.

Submit a formal request If unresolved, email us with the subject line matching your product: "Assessment Refund Request" · "Monthly Reset Refund Request" · "Bundle Refund Request" · "Session Refund Request". Include your full name, purchase date, and a brief explanation.

Review period Your request will be acknowledged within 24 hours and reviewed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a written decision within 4 business days.

Payment processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank to clear the funds. Total timeline: 10–15 business days from request to funds in your account.

📌 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:

  • HTMA testing costs — paid directly to the lab, not to The Fertility Educator
  • Digital materials (protocols, guides, resources) once accessed or downloaded
  • Coaching or consultation time beyond the eligible refund period
  • Payment processor administrative fees (may be deducted from refund amounts)
  • Supplement products — sourced independently by the client

💳 Payment Method Notes

  • Credit/debit card: Refunded to original card — card must still be active
  • PayPal: Returned to your PayPal account
  • Bank transfer: May require additional verification before processing
  • International clients: Refunds processed in original currency; bank and currency conversion fees are the client's responsibility

Your statutory rights: This refund policy does not affect your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law.
