The Fertility Educator offers the following products and services. Each has its own refund terms set out clearly below.
Comprehensive fertility & hormonal health assessment + personalised 30-day protocol + 2 coaching sessions.
Ongoing monthly protocol updates + 2 coaching sessions + WhatsApp support. Cancel after Month 3.
Assessment month + 3 months of reset at $275/month. Total $1,225. Saves $225 vs monthly.
Full refund: Available if requested before you receive your assessment access code and intake link. Once your access code has been sent, the assessment fee is non-refundable as the service has been initiated.
How to request: Email info@thefertilityeducator.com with the subject line "Assessment Refund Request" before your access code is issued.
Full refund: Available within 7 days of your first monthly payment, provided your first coaching session has not yet taken place.
After first session: The monthly fee covers that month's protocol and sessions. Once a session has been delivered, that month's payment is non-refundable. Future months can be cancelled any time — you are not locked in beyond Month 3.
Assessment month ($400): Full refund before access code is issued. Non-refundable once access code is sent.
Bundle months ($275/month × 3): Each monthly payment covers that month's protocol and coaching sessions. Once a session has been delivered in a given month, that month's payment is non-refundable.
This covers individual coaching sessions ($100), monthly protocol only ($75), and second opinion/counselling calls ($75).
HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) testing costs are paid directly to the laboratory by the client. The Fertility Educator does not collect or hold HTMA fees and therefore cannot issue refunds for lab costs.
For HTMA refund queries, contact the laboratory directly. Typical lab costs: AU$230 (Australia) · US$150 (USA) · Other countries: lab will quote.
We want to be transparent about what is and isn't covered so there are no surprises.
If a genuine medical emergency prevents participation, the refund window may be extended at Busola's discretion. Medical certification from your healthcare provider is required. Prorated refunds may be available for partial completion.
If persistent technical problems prevent session access, we will work for up to 48 hours to resolve the issue. Phone consultations or rescheduling will be offered. A full refund is available if the issue cannot be resolved.
In the event of practitioner illness or emergency, sessions will be rescheduled at your convenience. A full refund is available if suitable arrangements cannot be made within a reasonable timeframe.
Before submitting a formal refund request, we encourage you to reach out directly. Many concerns can be resolved through a quick conversation — protocol adjustments, session clarification, or additional support.

Your statutory rights: This refund policy does not affect your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law.
