If you paid the full $1200 program fee upfront, you are covered by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:
Eligibility Period: 30 calendar days before your first scheduled session
Full Refund: 100% of your investment will be refunded
No Questions Asked: We respect your decision and will process your refund promptly
Condition: You must NOT have completed at least your initial 90-minute comprehensive assessment

Full-Paying Clients
Before Session 1 Completion:

Include your full name, assessment date, and reason for dissatisfaction
Processing Time: Full refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
After Session 1 Completion (Within 30 Days)

Include your full name, supposed completion date for session 1, and concerns about follow-up process
Processing Time: $1200 refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Specify which session you're requesting a refund for and why
Include your full name and relevant session date(s)

Payment Plan Refund Policy
Session-by-Session Structure
For clients using our 4-session payment plan ($399 per session):
Session 1 - Investigation ($399) before assessment
Refund Period: Within 7 days of your payment
Eligibility: If you are not satisfied with the program
Refund Amount: Full $399 session fee
Session 2 - Care Plan ($399)
Refund Period: Within 14 days of receiving your personalized protocol
Eligibility: If the care plan does not provide clear, actionable recommendations
Refund Amount: Administration fee of $150 is deducted
Note: Session 1 fee is non-refundable after Session 2 completion
Session 3 - Follow-up ($399)
Refund Period: Within 7 days of your consultation
Eligibility: If the follow-up does not provide valuable support and plan adjustments
Refund Amount: Administration fee of $150 is deducted (previous sessions non-refundable)
What Our Guarantee Covers

The assessment fails to identify potential root causes of your symptoms
You do not receive a clear, personalized action plan
The practitioner fails to deliver the promised 90-minute comprehensive assessment
Technical issues prevent you from accessing your sessions (when not resolved within 48 hours)
You experience a genuine emergency that prevents program completion within the guarantee period
β Refunds Will NOT Be Provided If:
You decide not to follow the recommended protocol or lifestyle changes
You disagree with the dietary or supplement recommendations (personal preference)
You choose not to pursue recommended lab testing
You fail to attend scheduled sessions without 24-hour notice
You complete the full program timeline (30+ days for full payment, 90+ days for payment plan)
You request a refund based on not achieving specific health outcomes (as results vary by individual)
You violate our terms of service or engage in abusive behavior toward staff
Special Circumstances
Medical Emergencies
If a genuine medical emergency prevents you from completing the program:
Documentation Required: Medical certification from your healthcare provider
Extended Timeline: Refund period may be extended at our discretion
Partial Completion: Prorated refunds may be available
Technical Issues
If persistent technical problems prevent session completion:
Resolution Attempt: We will work for up to 48 hours to resolve issues
Alternative Arrangements: Phone consultations or rescheduling will be offered

Practitioner Unavailability
In the rare event of practitioner illness or emergency:
Rescheduling Priority: Sessions will be rescheduled at your convenience
Alternative Practitioner: May be offered with your consent

Payment Processing: 5-7 business days to original payment method
Bank Processing: Additional 3-5 business days (varies by financial institution)
Total Timeline: 10-15 business days from request to funds in your account
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund under any circumstances:
Third-party services (lab testing, supplements, other practitioner referrals)
Materials provided that you have downloaded or accessed (protocols, guides, resources)
Consultation time beyond the guarantee period
Administrative fees charged by payment processors (these may be deducted from refunds)
Partial Service Completion
If You've Received Value But Want to Discontinue:
Session 1 Complete: Refund available for remaining sessions only
Session 2 Complete: No refund for completed sessions; remaining sessions refundable within guarantee period
Protocol Delivered: Care plan and recommendations are non-refundable once provided.
