1. About this agreement
This agreement is between you, the participant, and Olumide PTY, trading as The Fertility Educator (ABN 108633986080), P.O. Box 403, Byford, Western Australia ("we", "us"). Busola Olumide leads the programme.
By ticking the agreement box on the order form and completing payment, you accept this agreement.

2. The programme
Rooted & Whole™: Beyond the Diagnosis is a six-week fertility-care strategy and education programme for women. The [founding cohort] runs from December 1st, 2026 to January 16th, 2027. It includes:
a 60-75-minute group welcome call
the Whole Woman Fertility Care Snapshot (an online questionnaire) and a Fertility Care Reflection Summary
a 60-minute private strategy call and a Personalised Fertility Care Strategy
a live Five-Day Whole Woman Intensive (five 60-minute group sessions)
the 21-Day Rooted & Whole Challenge (short pre-recorded lessons and a workbook)
three months' access to Cycle Compass, starting on the day you activate it
a 45-minute private final integration call and a 90-Day Whole-Life & Parenthood-Forward Plan
access to a private online group for the duration of the programme
Session dates and times are shown in Australian Western Standard Time (AWST).
3. What Rooted & Whole™ is, and what it isn't
Rooted & Whole™ provides personalised education and support around lifestyle foundations, nutrition and mineral literacy, supplement organisation, cycle-phase awareness, fertility-care navigation, emotional wellbeing, faith, and parenthood preparation.
Rooted & Whole™ is not medical care. We do not:
diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition
interpret laboratory results or medical imaging, except when we request
prescribe or recommend doses of supplements or medicines, or tell you to start, stop, or change any medicine or treatment
replace your doctor, fertility specialist, pharmacist, dietitian, counsellor, or any other qualified professional
We do not promise pregnancy or any other health outcome.
Progress in Rooted & Whole™ means greater clarity, informed confidence, sustainable routines, connection, and forward movement.
Lifestyle changes, stress support, faith practices, Cycle Compass, and completing the programme are not presented as ways to cause pregnancy, improve treatment results, or resolve infertility.
Although Busola is a clinical embryologist, she does not act in a clinical role within this programme.
Use of AI tools. Busola may use an AI assistant to help organise your Snapshot answers and draft your Reflection Summary and Personalised Fertility Care Strategy. Your identifying details are removed first, and Busola reviews and approves every document before you receive it. You can opt out at any time. See "How we use AI tools" in the Privacy Notice.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to:
make your own health and treatment decisions with your qualified healthcare providers
check with your doctor or pharmacist before changing anything about your diet, supplements, exercise, or medicines
give accurate information, so we can support you well
take part as fully as you reasonably can, including completing the Snapshot and as much of the challenge as possible
complete three short feedback check-ins (after Week 1, after the challenge, and at the end), as this is a founding cohort
keep your login details and programme links private
5. Health, safety and emergencies
Rooted & Whole™ is not a crisis or emergency service, and messages are not monitored around the clock.
In an emergency, call 000 in Australia, or your local emergency number.
For urgent emotional support in Australia, call Lifeline on 13 11 14. If you live elsewhere, use your local crisis line.
If you experience new, worsening, or urgent symptoms, contact your doctor or clinic straight away.
If anything you share suggests you need support beyond the scope of this programme, such as significant distress, a safety concern, or a medical issue, Busola will tell you and suggest appropriate professional support. In rare cases where there is a serious risk to your safety or someone else's, we may need to contact emergency services (see the privacy notice).
6. Group conduct and confidentiality
The group works because everyone feels safe. Every participant agrees to:
keep what others share confidential, during and after the programme, including names, stories, screenshots, and anything posted in the private group
share only what you're comfortable sharing; you may pass at any time
avoid giving other participants medical, supplement, dosing, or treatment advice, and avoid comparing treatments as if one path suits everyone
be kind and respectful, including where faith, choices, or circumstances differ
never share anyone's pregnancy news, loss, or health information without their permission
We may remove posts that break these guidelines, and may remove a participant from the group under section 14.
7. Recordings
We may record the teaching portions of live sessions and share recaps with your cohort only.
Personal sharing and discussion are not recorded unless every participant present has given specific consent beforehand. You must not record, screenshot or share any session or group content yourself.
8. Cycle Compass
Your enrolment includes three months of Cycle Compass, starting on the day you activate it.
Cycle Compass is an educational phase finder and reflection tool. It does not diagnose ovulation, hormone conditions or fertility status, and must not be used as contraception or as a substitute for medical evaluation.
Phase information is an estimate based on what you enter.
After two months your access ends unless you choose to subscribe. You won't be charged automatically.
9. Fees and payment
Pay in full: $597 AUD, due at enrolment.
Payment plan: two payments of $325 AUD (total $650). The first is due at enrolment, and the second is charged automatically to the same card 30 days later.
Payments are processed by Stripe through Systeme.io.
If you choose the payment plan, you agree to pay both instalments, even if you stop taking part. If a payment fails, we'll contact you to update your details. If it remains unpaid for [14] days, we may pause your access until it's resolved.
Prices exclude GST where applicable but could reflect at final checkout .
10. Refunds and cancellations
Payments are non-refundable once the programme starts, except as required by law.
If serious illness or a family emergency means you can't continue, you may transfer once to a future cohort.
If we cancel the programme or can't deliver it as described, we'll offer you a full refund or a place in a future cohort, your choice. Nothing in this agreement limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy if a service is not provided with due care and skill or isn't fit for its stated purpose.
11. Sessions, missed sessions and rescheduling
Group sessions run at the scheduled times. If you miss one, the teaching recap will be shared in the group. Missed group sessions aren't repeated or refunded.
Private calls can be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours' notice. A private call missed without notice may not be rebooked.
If Busola needs to reschedule a session because of illness or an emergency, we'll give as much notice as possible and offer a new time.
12. Intellectual property
All programme materials (lessons, workbooks, templates, slides, recordings and Cycle Compass content) belong to The Fertility Educator. They're licensed to you for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, share, sell or adapt them, or give others your access.
Your own answers, reflections and plans belong to you.
13. Feedback and testimonials
As a founding participant you agree to give honest feedback in three short check-ins. We may use feedback without your name or identifying details to improve the programme.
Testimonials are always optional and requested separately. We'll only publish your words, name or image with your separate written consent, in the form you choose (full name, first name, initials or anonymous). We will never ask you to share, or publish, a fertility or pregnancy outcome as part of a testimonial. You can withdraw consent for future use at any time.
14. Leaving or removal from the programme
You may stop taking part at any time; refunds follow section 10.
We may remove you from the group or the programme if you seriously or repeatedly breach section 6, share programme materials or other participants' information, or behave abusively. We'll talk with you first where it's safe to do so. If we remove you for a serious breach, you won't be entitled to a refund except as required by law.
15. Our responsibility to you
We'll deliver the programme with due care and skill. Because Rooted & Whole is education and support, not medical care, you remain responsible for your own health and treatment decisions and for consulting your healthcare providers.
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from decisions you make about your health, treatment, supplements or lifestyle, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability can't be excluded, it's limited to resupplying the service or refunding the fees you paid.
Nothing in this agreement excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
16. Privacy
We handle your personal and health information as described in our Privacy Notice.
In short: we collect only what we need, keep it secure, use it only to deliver and improve the programme, and never sell it.
17. Changes to the programme
We may make reasonable changes to session times, platforms or content to improve the programme or respond to circumstances, provided the overall programme stays substantially the same. We'll tell you about any change in advance.
18. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
If a concern arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and accept this agreement and the Privacy Notice, and that you understand Rooted & Whole™ is a fertility-care strategy and education programme that works alongside your care team, is not medical treatment, and does not promise pregnancy.
